Incarnation

Heart of hearts beatless beating
Ageless aging
Power emptied manifestly omnipotent
Unchanged changing without change
Glory veiled, pierced unveiled
Rising Sun darkening, illuminating night
In darkness I lay and unseeing I remain
But warm is the darkness enlightened by
Pure Light, Fiery Love
Embodied not consuming
